Made-to-Spec Fabrication for Data Center Projects

Complex Plate Forming and Fabrication

Some data center and infrastructure components require more than basic cutting and bending. Complex steel plates may require precise hole placement, multiple forming operations, specialized tooling, and consistent results from one part to the next.

We have experience fabricating complex components from thick steel plate, including parts that require laser cutting, precise hole placement, complex forming, and custom tooling. When a standard forming process is not enough for the application, our team can evaluate the part requirements and develop an in-house tooling approach to produce the required shape consistently. Components can also be finished to specifications, including blasting, priming, powder coating, and other finishing requirements.

This type of project demonstrates an important part of our approach: when a component presents a fabrication challenge, we look for a way to manufacture it consistently rather than limiting the solution to standard shop processes.

Repeat Production for Project-Based Components

Projects have included repeat orders in batches of 500 to 1,000 pieces, making process consistency an important part of the fabrication strategy.
